The company was forced to replace its whole R&D team, not able to release their first version, accumulating six months of delay.
ELV8’s team was able to turn around the technology operation, to reignite the product delivery. During this process, the R&D was rebuilt from scratch.
Matchpool released its first public version within 4 weeks from our involvement. Emerging from this crisis, they evolved to agile continuous release mode, deploying web and mobile versions on a weekly basis.
